Haiku LMS Version 4 now online

Version 4 is now available! Log in to your Haiku class to experience the new Portal and Roster Sections.

If you don’t have a Haiku class set up, you can create an account to get started today!

What’s in Version 4:

Portal – an aggregated page of information from each of a user’s active classes

Roster Sections – a method to manage several classes/rosters of students in one Haiku class

For schools and districts using Haiku LMS there are two additional features:

Navigation Bar – a shortcut to users, classes, materials, grades, and more – and it’s available on every page

ePortfolios – a means for students to track their progress and showcase their work. Whether for reflective assignments, collage prep, or progress requirements, ePortfolios are an excellent way to improve student communication, mentorship, and assessment.

So, what’s next?

In upcoming releases we will be adding the following exciting features to Haiku LMS:

Project Pages: Collaborative webpage building for students and teachers, much like a wiki.

Planning Pages: Search for third-party publisher curriculum content from partners like Curriki.org and We the Teachers directly from Haiku.

Benchmarks: Set individual benchmarks for students, ideal for tracking progress, self-paced learning and student progress tracking.
