Haiku welcomes three new faces

We’re growing! More schools! More features! And now, more staff! (And that means more support for you!)

A big welcome to Emily Jeanes, Jeffrey Taylor, and Daniel Thrall — the newest members of the Haiku team. Each brings a stellar combination of experience, knowledge, and passion that is already making a huge impact at Haiku.

As a Support Specialist, Emily works directly with customers to answer questions and give guidance. She’s tech savvy and smart, and she’s a natural when it comes to troubleshooting.

Our Community Manager, Jeffrey makes sure our new schools feel at home and are ready to roll with Haiku, and he works with long-time users to make sure all is well (and address anything that isn’t). His expertise in education and his quick wit are key to leading successful, engaging training sessions.

Daniel, our newest Account Manager, introduces Haiku to schools exploring blended and online learning. Daniel’s eight years of experience as a high school teacher and his enthusiasm for education provide invaluable insights into teaching and technology.

If it’s not obvious by now, we’ll just go ahead and say it: We’re thrilled!
