What's the difference between the Teacher Edition and the School & District Edition?

The School & District Edition offers a few more features that serve larger groups well. Compare the two to get a better sense of what's what.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No.  For educator plans Haiku LMS is generally a pay-as-you-go service. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Can we pay a year in advance, by invoice, or by PO?

Haiku LMS does offer annual billing for teachers who need a Purchase Order, or for those who prefer to pay only once a year instead of monthly.

What does "maximum active classes" mean?

There are two main types of classes in Haiku LMS: active classes and inactive classes. Active classes are classes that are open to either the public, students, or parents to view.  You can have unlimited inactive classes if you want since those aren't counted against your total. 

How much storage space do I need?

The amount of storage space you need is very much dependent on how many and what kind of files you plan to use in your Haiku classes. A free Haiku account will give you room for about a hundred digital photos or about twenty average length songs, while other packages will give you plenty of storage space for a large number of documents and media files.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, simply click on the "My Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.

For educator plans what types of credit cards do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard.
