I need to upgrade one or more accounts, but need to pay annually. How does this work?

First, fill out and submit our annual billing request form. After we receive notice that you are interested in a yearly license we will provide you with any information you will need to generate a Purchase Order (PO). Once we receive the PO number from you we will upgrade your accounts and send an invoice.

What if I don't need a Purchase Order number, can I still pay annually?

Yes. Please fill out the same request form, and indicate that you do not need a Purchase Order. Then, enter the number of licenses you wish to purchase, the usernames on the accounts and the subscription level for each license in the "Additional Notes" field. We will upgrade your accounts within one business day and send you an invoice.

How long will it take to upgrade my account(s)?

Once we get a Purchase Order number from you it won’t take more then one business day to upgrade you.

Can I upgrade without losing the old data?

Yes. All of your data will be preserved when you take advantage of an annual or a monthly upgrade.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, simply click on the "My Account" tab on your dashboard and you'll see your options.

How can I pay for subscription renewal?

When 30 days remain before your annual subscription expires, we will send you a new invoice detailing the subscription fees for the coming year.

How much is it for annual accounts?

That depends on a number of factors. For K12 teachers, individual annual accounts cost the same as monthly accounts. Just multiply the cost of your desired subscription level times the number of accounts you wish to upgrade times 12 (months). If you wish to purchase a significant number of K12 teacher licenses (25 or more) you may want to consider one of our institutional packages. For more information visit our corporate license page.
